The Infiniti Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program is crafted to offer you the full Infiniti experience at a pre-owned value. The joy of driving an Infiniti energized by design. The confidence of knowing it’s backed by warranty coverage. And the satisfaction of enjoying the same individualized service and programs that define The Total Ownership Experience® for owners of new Infiniti vehicles.
Only Infiniti models less than four years old and with under 60,000 miles qualify for the program, and then they must pass a rigorous inspection. So when you take delivery, your Certified Pre-Owned Infiniti includes a 72-month/100,000 total-vehicle-mile warranty, roadside assistance, trip interruption benefits and towing assistance.
And every Certified Pre-Owned buyer is invited to return to an Infiniti Retailer for service with a complimentary oil filter change*, valid anytime within the first year of ownership.

CERTIFICATION
Every Certified Pre-Owned Infiniti must be in prime condition and pass a 145-point analysis. Every significant component of the vehicle is scrutinized, including:
- Vehicle title records
- Major and minor powertrain components
- Chassis, suspension and steering
- Interior condition and feature functions
- Exterior panel and paint condition
- Complete road test
Upon successful completion, the vehicle receives a Certificate of Inspection authenticating its qualification. Only then can it be admitted into the Infiniti Certified Pre-Owned program.

WARRANTY
Warranty Coverage: The Infiniti Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Limited Warranty extends the basic coverage of the Infiniti new vehicle limited warranty (inclusive of powertrain coverage) to 72 months from the original in-service date of the vehicle or 100,000 total miles on the odometer, whichever occurs first.
Repair at Authorized Infiniti Retailers/Repair Facilities (in the United States, excluding U.S. territories): With Infiniti Certified Pre-Owned, service is completed by Infiniti-trained technicians, and the Retailer is paid directly by Infiniti.
Deductible: $50 per visit.
Unlimited Claims: No limit on the number of claims for covered repairs.
Genuine Infiniti Parts: Provides for the cost of Genuine Infiniti Original Equipment Replacement Parts designed for use on Infiniti vehicles.

INFINITI ELITE EXTENDED PROTECTION PLAN
Beyond the coverage of our Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty, we offer the additional security of the Infiniti Elite Extended Protection Plan. It provides you with an additional year of coverage, a $0 deductible, expanded component coverage, expanded Roadside Assistance, and is fully transferable should you decide to sell your Infiniti.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Should you run out of gas, get a flat tire or need similar support, a Certified Pre-Owned Infiniti enjoys Roadside Assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Infiniti also provides complimentary towing to the nearest Infiniti Retailer, up to 250 miles.

Should a mechanical breakdown occur when you are 100 miles or more away from home, a Roadside Assistance Representative can authorize up to $500 in Trip Interruption Benefits to cover alternate transportation, meals and lodging.
Finally, if a mechanical breakdown occurs and alternate transportation is required for a covered part, participating Retailers are dedicated to providing you a complimentary Service Loan Car whenever your Infiniti is in for warranty repair.**
